This is the best smoke shop in rapid city. They have amazing customer service, Beautiful strong glass and wide selection from everything such as pipes, oil burners, and water pipes and more! They sold me a esco bar and blamed me for walking out of the store without checking the vape and it didn't work whatsoever...very poor customer service. Normally the customer is always right. No professionalism or anything. It doesn't really matter how much the vape was in my opinion you should always make the customer happy very irritating that they would rather lose a customer over 15$ than do the right thing.
I was spending money there weekly. I won't ever go there again.

So I bought a esco bar and I tasted it a little bit before leaving store. And didn't think to much of the no flavor to it. I came back in and this girl worker tried it for me (gross) wheres the hygienic safety? She then proceeded to say its "the flavor"... Um sorry what flavor? It has no flavor. I threw it away after the situation because it tasted like it was burning. I'll choose to go to other locations for my vape products from now on. (Smoke solutions has the best products and they're professionalism is awesome!)
