Terpene tested products aren’t available here yet. I haven’t used the product yet but the help was valuable and I got exactly what I went in for, coming from a medical state system, I’m so picky about quality and knowledge. If I left satisfied, that’s not only a W for me but also an indication of high standards that are met especially as someone with a medical condition and years of personal research, head on down.

Very unprofessional young man behind counter. Devon I think his name was, the man next to him seem to be a boss or owner... I am appalled at how you condoned your employees unprofessionalism. I will never shop here and will tell every one of my neighbors on james island the same. Your employee should never talk to anyone in your store the way he did, especially in front of your customers. The poor guy he was being rude to simply had car problems and didn't get your employee his food delivery "fast enough". At least the guy didn't cancel your order and leave you without your meal. Should be grateful he put your order over his own personal hardship. You folks have a merry christmas.

Sadly I didn't even tell you the date I was in your store so I doubt you actually reviewed anything. However you are dead wrong about me being the UBER driver. I really was just another customer over hearing your employee and was appalled at his behavior. Believe it or not. Sad example of a professional atmosphere, but about as much as I would expect though from a barely legal adult selling paraphernalia and "legal" marijuana products. Perhaps you should hire employees who do not discuss their personal issues on the clock, at your register, in front of other customers. If he had not addressed his personal discrepancies in front of your customers I'd have never written this review.

I can't say enough good things about Avalon Vapor! The whole staff is super knowledge and friendly too. The manager Hannah creates a great atmosphere to shop, and always makes sure I leave happy. The other employee Layla is super nice when I have questions about my device. I highly recommend checking Avalon out, it's a special kind of place!

I purchased a vaporizer from this store and came back the next day because it did not work out of the box. They would not exchange, return, or refund. I was told I could have roughly a 10% discount on my next purchase. Unless you are interested in possibly spending $40 on a faulty product, I do not recommend taking your business here.
