Almost 4 years ago my health began to rapidly decline, my kidneys started shutting down and the other organ started to follow.

My husband has ALS, right now it is just in his arms which leaves them very weak and atrophied . He works 10 to 12 hour days. So by the time he gets home from work he barely has enough energy to eat.
