Just meet Doug. What a class act. Very knowledgeable. Wasn’t pushy. The store smells amazing and was spotless. Doug was knew all his products and made a great suggestion. I’m thrilled it’s around the corner from me and I will be going back for sure.

A convenient and quaint shop with many cool products and items. They have many accessories as well as classic rock memorabilia. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They do not carry tobacco or tubes for rolling cigarettes, however.

Its ashame that I feel the need to give one star, but weather an honest mistake or not trying to charge a customer 33% over the list price is either gross negligence or an exacted attempt to steal my money. To the manager, your employee is either absolutely careless about your business or he really was trying to steal money off of me and having your business as a front to steal it. This was a very young caucasion type male employee with dark hair. I won't be back unless this is acknowledged and addressed

Place has a great selection, but the staff is often caught in lies and try to upsell everything. I went for a dry herb vaporizer and they tried to sell me one for $50 saying it was the cheapest they carry. There was an entire display of ones for $20 next to this idiot.......
They do not know what the materials are made from. Some people say the glass is molded by machine, some say its blown by hand. Some say it's Pyrex.
Here is all I can say about this place:
You are going to pay between double and 10 times the price for stuff that you could get definitely cheaper somewhere else, that being said if this place is within walking distance of you who cares? Do not ask the sales people for help because you'll wind up spending an extra hundred dollars on s*** that does not work, like their magnetic pipes which basically just burn your stuff and leave you sucking air, to which they refuse refund. This place gives no refund for anything that you buy. So buyer beware, do not go there to browse, do not go there to talk to the sales people. If you're going to use this store, you must know what you're looking for, you must know how much it cost, just get in, grab what you want, pay for it, and leave. Otherwise you will wind up getting robbed.
After buying a couple of pipes from this place, I went back to using papers. And I avoid this place at all cost now. I'm totally willing to drive 5 or 10 minutes down the road to go to a much better cheaper and more professional place. But like I said, they do have a great selection.

Place sold me a vaporizer which sucked and then stopped working. I completely cleaned it and they refused to give me money back........I called and left messages in response to the owners reply. They never called back.
