I'm here at 10:04 and they are not open. Hmm... Called the number didn't open until 12. Update! Open 12 to 6!
Just saying we drove 20 miles to see this store only to find out it didn't open until 12. Maybe revise your hours so people don't waste gas and time. My biggest pet peeve. Decided not to buy anything due to having to wait 2 hours for a store that was suppose to be open at 10. My girlfriends birthday none the less so that was not fun. But anyway. Not bad pieces. Kinda expensive. Could use more bong selections with better prices

I explained to the gentleman what kind of pipe I was looking for and he was lost he had no clue what I was talking about I explained a couple different ways to ,so he still didn't get it so didn't what I was wanting .

Cool store. Had a lot to look at and smelled nice. But the customer service was blunt and rude.. Probably just that one guy, the one with the green hair. Maybe the other employees are nice. If I had received nice customer service I would have given 5 stars.

Absolutely wonderful experience, Staff is knowledgeable and personable- if you're looking for a new Bong etc. I highly recommend Pandora's in Umatilla (the other 2 locations are recommended as well)

This place is amazing! The sales guy Frank is very kind and knowledgeable of all things within the store, he was able to get me what I needed when me myself didn't really know what I needed. ☺💖 And for Everyone's information they are open 7 days a week from Noon-6pm. Not 8 like Google shows.
