Was in town for a week to check out klamath falls as a location to move to. High lakes is one of the best places I have been to, Amy was absolutely great in helping us out with everything! Great vibe, extremely friendly and accomodating. We love Klamath Falls and this will be the number 1 place to go to!

Been going to this place since they first opened and had always had pretty good service, that ended.
My mom called and ordered a 1/4 oz of flower and they gave her nothing but shake! Like seriously? Such a rip off and totally unacceptable.
Dispensaries shouldn't sale shake as flower.

The staff doesn't know enough about the products they are selling.. couldn't tell me which joints were infused with keef or oil, didn't know much about the weed in jars either and wewd is EXTREMELY dry

I stopped going there once I got more than twice with concentrate grams filled with hydraulic fluid from their vacuum pumps that they remove the liquid butane gas from. If you're going to do it research how's it made. Vaporizing marijuana concentrate with hydraulic fluid in it will cause severe injury to the lungs, body and brain

I was here back few years back when they first opened, they were so nice. But fast forward to 2 days ago! I wont go into too many details, but i will say for someone who works in the industry. Customer service from the manager is the worst i have ever seen, and your backhand racist act surely made you lose a long time customer.
