CBD Plus OK - Yukon (Non-Dispensary)

I am very disappointed in this establishment. I bought some cbd oil and was told it was better than the stuff I was buying, from another provider. That is not why I am writing this bad review. They told me I could refund within 30 days. I take my oil in and do a refund, and the salesman is not allowed to give me a refund. He says a manager has to do it and tells me he will be back in 30 mins come back 30mins latter and he is still not there waiting for him the salesman walks up to my car and says my manager is in Newcastle.... If your going to offer a refund you should be able to get one any time.

I talked with Chas. He was extremely friendly and kind. Took the time to explain everything to me and spend as much time as needed to help me find exactly what I needed. I didn’t know anything about their products and he was sure to answer all my questions. Their customer service is outstanding! The products he suggested worked perfectly! I will definitely be back!

Nice location and easy to get too. Usually I'm not the only one in the store when I visit this location. The staff is friendly to everyone, myself included, and are always answering questions no matter if its a couple of questions to an extensive amount. With their information, they even take the time to write out some of the info on their informative brochures!
It's nice being able to try out some of their samples to find out what I'm really getting product wise. The hemphreze is a nice change up for back, shoulder and neck tension, plus it smells great! Also it's nice when I can start feeling a little relief within 15 minutes!
Did you know they have CBD bath bombs!? Now if only I had a bigger tub.

Very professional establishment. Provided clear education on the positive effects of CBD. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who offered excellent service and prices. So great, I even sent my mother in for help with her arthritis pain. Will definitely return and highly recommended.

Update: returned to shop to get more produce. Again great prices, great service. Trevor explained the different benefits of CBD and various forms available. All other shops were already closed for the evening. Great to have such a nice establishment available on this side of town.

I have been going to this location for about 6 weeks. Always a great experience. If this is something new to you go talk to Chaz he is great at explaining the product and benefits and will patiently answer any and all of the questions you may have about cbd products. All of the staff are great really. I am so impressed with this alternative to pain medication. It has been a life changing experience.

I just had my first experience in this store today and I can definitely say I will not be doing business anywhere else. I was initially greeted by Reid who patiently answered ALL of my questions about CBD for myself AND my dogs. Reid is extremely knowledgeable and a huge help at explaining the products offered. I had previously been doing business with another company at 3X the price point, for a MUCH lesser product. Thank you Reid for the help and information, I will definitely not be doing CBD business anywhere else!

Chasdin was so incredibly helpful! He knew his stuff and was even able to give me detail info about the product I had been using vs. the products they have in the store. He gave me a sample of the lotion to try on my back and within minutes, I felt relief. I have been suffering from severe back pain and after rubbing the lotion on my back, I felt better than I have in weeks. I'm not from OK, but I promise the next time I am in town, I will make sure to stop in to see Chas and refill my supplies. Thank you so much for everything!

Being a California resident I was impressed at the level of knowledge and product quality this store has in stock for you. I had a chance to get to know the owners and understand the mission they have behind there product, not just a quick industry grab. With illnesses hitting close to home that they have managed to keep at bay with the help of cbd, they really opened my eyes to the standard these establishments should set. I would give 6 stars if I could!

For our first time in my husband and I were intimidated. But as we visited a little more with guys we got comfortable. They we're very knowledgeable. This will be the only store we go to. Our first experience was a good one.
