I came here for help with withdrawal effects from coming off an ssri. Todd was so extremely helpful in helping me come up with a plan to make the side effects from this medication less brutal so I could still function for my family, and my job. The products helped curb the dizziness, nausea, and "head shocks". So thankful.

Love this place but love the workers even more! They really do care about their patients! I wish I could rate them a 10!

The amount of dispensaries, in Ardmore, with dogs, is ridiculous. Might be a good place for some, but definitely won't be back personally

I love this place. Not sure how anyone can have a bad experience here. No gram is over $10 and the products are top shelf. Budtenders are knowledgeable and if they don’t have it they’ll get it for you. They are also geared towards medical; so if you have symptoms; they can tell you what strain will help or how to proceed . You don’t get that care and attention just anywhere.

Hands down one of the best places to go! The owners are the most, kind hearted people. Knowledgeable and so helpful. This is my go to place!!

Quality of product does not match the prices. Everything I got today was way below expectation but I had to spend a pretty penny on it. Even the lady working acted like she didn't want to be there. Worst experience I've had at a dispensary since it became legal. Definitely would not recommend the Ardmore location, spend your money elsewhere

By far, the best people and product out of them all. You will be very happy with your visit!! The staff is friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to your uppers and downers, or with drawls from other substances!! They let you know what will rock your boat, pep your step, or flat put you to sleep. Honestly you won’t be disappointed with this place ever.

horrible. Worst customer service I have seen in years! the place is dirty and had mold growing on the walls!! I give this place a ZERO rating. I could not get any help or even someone to check me out!! The lady was too busy watching her "shows" on her phone. She identified as the "owner" and even asked me if I could wait another 15 minutes before checking me out because customers had been "bothering" her all day and she hadn't even got to finish one episode! Then she rolled her eyes! Seriously??!! Is this how you run a business??!! If you wanted to watch TV then maybe stay at home!! Totally disgusting! I just sat my stuff on the counter and walked out. I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

Came to their store today and hands down this is a top notch dispensary. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, tons of great deals and they have a rewards system. Clones look great and at a good price. The Maui Wowie is off the chain!

GO TO CALI CLOUDS ARDMORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The owner Todd was extremely rude and unhelpful. Didn't even introduce himself(not even as a manager or owner let alone a first name would have been a nice way to approach) esp. when helping fix a transaction that rang up incorrectly and offered no explanation. The clerk when questioned about the error immediately and incorrectly said it was the taxes. The owner, who was standing right there, didn't correct him. This tells me one of two things, 1. the employees are unknowingly trained/misinformed by management to lie about the tax and how it rings up because it's an easy way to skim extra dollars off of a customer or 2. the staff just have no idea how the tax rings up and how to audit their own receipt. They don't know what's on the Leafly page and barely what's in the current inventory. They wouldn't honor the always advertised Saturday 10% off a 1/4+ flower deal on 4/20 forcing people to take 7% off on any flower amount because they had "other 420 deals"(none advertised on the Leafly page). If you accidentally shut their very thin/cheap door too hard on the way out then Todd and an employee will chase you down in the parking lot and threaten to assault you for "disrespecting" him and his employees. That's when he finally gave his name and owner status, in the parking lot while trying to provoke a fight by threatening to assault me (a paying customer/patient) in front of my wife!! His employee had to physically pull him away 3+ times to save him from going to jail for assault. I never even uttered a curse word through out the whole transaction/encounter yet I'm the disrespectful one even though your employee lied straight to my face about the price per gram ringing up 2$ higher than advertised and which was also quoted straight from your own "owner's mouth" right before it was rang up wrong at the register. Flower quality is good but the Marietta location is nicer in both staff (Jeff) and the actual building so go see the other owner Scott down there.
