My ole lady bought something (just a battery for our motion light) from Smokey’s House Of Pipes and though it wasn’t the exact same battery she was looking for, the dude sold her one that he said would work. And informed her that there’s no refunds. The battery did not work. So I took it back. I was greeted by a couple cool people and let them know my situation with the battery, and without hesitation I was offered a refund. Very cool people and a very cool place. Great atmosphere and merchandise. Prices unbelievably low. I give this place 5 stars and definitely recommend Smokey’s House Of Pipes. Located in Bismarck.

You show up on a Saturday afternoon at 2 in the afternoon and the doors locked and there is absolutely no way to get into the building. You call the phone number and you just get an answering machine I doubt this business is even valid.
