So I just went to highlife and the time is 6:56 and it’s Jan 16th and I just had the WORST experience in customer service in my entire life. The Cornelius location cashier alone was cutting me, off rude when I was asking for products, rude when I asked about their retail products. She literally cut me off every time I started to talk! Never have I been so disappointed!! Her name is Haley. Store # 19501 west catawba ave. Management really needs to reconsider who they’re putting on their store front. I was a regular shopper but never going back to that location if that’s how to do customer service. Disappointingly sad!!

Would rate negative stars if possible refused to assist me with anything I asked over the phone before I drove an hour to the nearest highlife. Very upset as a customer of over 13 years. I will never shop here again and I hope other people follow suit.
