Great service cheap prices goood people !! I live in the neighborhood, and they have always treated me well. This is definitely the neighborhood smoke shop. My experience when I was in the store I just got into disposables again and I was checking out some flavors I bought my ElfBar and started cheifing on it like you’re supposed to after a long day😎😂 but to my surprise, it had something wrong with it, and they did not even blink and I they went over got me another one, and I know that may be normal to some people but this day and age you never know, so I really appreciate it guys a lot

Bought a Hyde vape here… I specifically asked for a rechargeable one and the person helping me told me it was a rechargeable one… checked out and opened it in the store and it was leaking… so they opened another one for me.. worked fine… but noticed it wasn’t rechargeable, they person asked me if I really needed a rechargeable, I felt bad they had to open it twice so I was like alright I’ll give it a try. I literally hit it for 5 hours and it was Already dead. Full juice and everything…. Would not give me a refund or exchange but instead offered me a employee discount on my purchase. $19 down the drain. So much for being nice and trying to be considerate of their products being opened. Never again, just lost a customer. Also never trust a person here because clearly they don’t anything about what they’re selling.

Bought a cartisan click recently and had not tried it for two weeks. Regardless, store would not refund even though it did not work at all. "Brand new" and will not even try to help out a loyal customer. Will never go back to this smoke shop anymore.. Plenty of other smoke shops, trying to be loyal but now selling defective product and will not even exchange.

One love is a decent head shop. It has a good selection of glass, from cheap Chinese knock offs to hand blown glass and bangers. The haveva decent selection of Hemp extracted edibles and vape carts. They also have a good selection of disposable vapes but have scaled down the selection of e juice at the same time. They also have a decent selection of kratom, hookah products and other accessories. Their price point is a little above what you can find online And make sure you are getting the product you want because they do not offer returns or refunds. Unfortunately I purchased 2 products that they would work together after asking the manager and they ended up not being compatible and so I lost out on one of my purchases. I should give them 2 stars but I'm giving them 3 because I've shopped there several other times before and have not had issues.

Will never be back. Sold me a burnt disgusting disposable vape and refused to honor any return because naturally any vape will give u one puff out of the box... Its a 2500 puff disposable aside from that one puff i did not even pick it up until exactly 2 hiurs 40 mins later and it was so burnt disgusting i threw up. So i called and they wont honor it so i do not recommend listening to any suggestion from them ever and do not ever ever expect them to make good on a device. Mind you i was in that shop 3 to 4 times per week!!! I will never go back. Id rather pay double for a working vape than their price for a vomit vape.

I came here for the first time by recommendation. Our clerk was helpful and friendly. I purchased a zipper bag to hold my items in. After I got home, realized the bag was too small so I came back to swap it out for the larger and more expensive version. The clerk told me nothing is refundable being a smoke shop, okay I understand if it was a pipe, but this cotton/polyester bag had all the tags on it, it was in the perfect condition as the day I purchased it. The clerk phoned her manager and he said, “10 days after my purchase date was far beyond a window to return something…” I honestly was blown away and even the clerk was surprised the manager responded this way.

They lost my business, any business I would recommend, and this Google review used to be a positive one. The manager clearly did not use logic when assessing my case. I don’t recommend this shop.

Whoever opened the shop this morning (2/18/21). He was super nice and super helpful while I was looking for a new battery. The staff here always goes above and beyond to help you find what you need. Their recommendations are always on point and they truly know their products. Have been and always will be a loyal customer here. Hats off One Love ✊🏽

Idk how to start but I do know the people that work here are absolutely PHENOMENAL!! Two guys named Mike & Jaden were such nice people and suppppper helpful! Some smoke shops it feels like a hassle to ask to buy what you want but these guys/gals we’re so helpful and actually willing to help me decide which product to buy. They were very educational about the items I was interested in and just genuinely nice people overall not to mention the shop itself has literally ANY/EVERYTHING you could possibly think of smoke-shop related. I’d HIGHLY recommend shopping here for a top-tier experience.

I work with this company and have only been here once before today and first thing I noticed when I went in is how bright and well organized everything is now just a couple cases on the wall were over filled but can be an easy fix staff was great to be around and are very knowledgeable of all the products they have. The new manager Bryce has done wonders with the shop and it's inventory in just the 3 months he's been there kudo's to him and his staff for helping keep such a great looking shop. Keep up the great work guys and can't wait to come back and visit the team again
