Coming from a person that has owned a head shop. You cant please every one. All local head shops talk trash about the others. The glass house keeps out of drama. My pen didnt work an the lady was super nice an helped me out above an beyond. She just ordered me a new pen. I was born an raised in asheboro. I knew this shop since 420. These guys are doing a great job. Maybe if people wernt so picky they could enjoy their time in the glass house. Great people. Id rather my money be going to them. I know i will be taken care of. Went there a few months ago and bought an orca vape pen, the guy who sold it to me put it together for me. I vaped if for a few months, I kept finding myself getting a burnt taste from it and kept changing my coils, and liquid juice. I then took it to another shop to get it looked at and buy new juice, come to find out the guy put it together wrong and my juice was leaking under the coil. This was my first vape and I explained this too him and I was just very disappointed that he didn't show me the correct to use it properly, or even put it together.
This morning I sat outside waiting on it to open at 10 A.M. like the sign said so I could buy another orca considering I liked it but mine was ruined so I needed another one. They did not open, so I went across the street to tiki vapes, then after tiki vapes I went back around 10:30 and they still had not opened. I was just all around disappointed! /:
On the bright side the ceiling work is amazing on the inside of the shop!

the woman that was there didnt greet me. i felt her eyes on me the whole time. didnt feel welcome at all. every question i was answered in a way that she made me feel stupid. when i asked about products pros and cons was not helpful. didnt go into detail in any question i had. way over priced! the product i bought was 15$ more than other places. im usually a kid in a candy shop but felt like lockdown in prison, cant touch, cant talk, and always watched like i was a criminal

Glass isnt worth the price. Expensive for no reason. Service is bad. Selection seems very selective. Really no room to lower price. Wouldnt recommend it.
