Ultra Health Dispensary Roswell

The past few times I've gone in I've been very disappointed. Tonight takes the cake though. Yes I came in at 645 I work across the way and that's when we closed. The lady was very rude. Rolled her eyes when she saw I was there then snapped at me "what can I get you" she should check her tone tired or not. Then when I make my choice she took my ID and money to the back. Brought my ID back more cracked then it was when I handed it to her, she did not give me a receipt and when I get home and looked at what I purchased I was disappointed again because it's mostly stems.... I was a regular customer from now on I will be taking my business else where. I forgot to get the clerks name but this is not the first time she has been rude to me. And from reading other reviews it's an ongoing problem with rude staff here....

This place blows! Me (A disabled vet) and my son (who is over 21) from TX went to see what they had to offer. After the lady working at the front desk ignored us to talk to her friend for five minutes, we just looked at the menu on the wall. When she was done chatting she rudely yelled at us to show our IDs. We both presented our federal IDs and she wouldn’t accept them. She wouldn’t accept our state ID either. Big fail. Do not go there!

Dakota (the man I spoke over the phone w/and met behind the counter, this dude's cool as hell! We had a short history convo lol, and thankful there weren't any customers behind me lol. The place is kinda quaint as if I went to a dental office or something. The inside we small and kept clean, just a bit old though. The reason for the five stars is coz the encounter, convo, the speed of what I was wanting and smiles went all around! Thanks Dakota!!!

Literally the rudest woman ever. She knew I was a visitor and unfamiliar. I smiled and was extra polite as her mood showed when I walked in and asked if I was even in the correct place. She practically snarled. Rushed me because she knew the man behind me by name. I will NEVER spend money here again. I almost walked out and I wish I had because she gave me all Stemms!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE.

I believe they have great products,prices, and deals! But almost every time I have been here, I have experienced rude behavior. Not from the staff. From the management. If you have a loyalty program, honor it. I go in with points,
they had no product. Come back they said, and we got you next time, for sure! I said no worries. I go back and get two hundred dollars worth of product and mention the pre roll. And they acted like I was lying. And they legit argued with me. Whatever,that's the past.Bad day maybe.... or whatever. Flash forward and it's my birthday and I'm gonna go make a purchase and get my bday promo. THEY DONT HAVE IT AGAIN. They tell me the same thing. Come back. No worries. So, I call and they said no. Only the day of.

You guys DIDNT HAVE IT THE DAY OF. Good product is always a huge plus. Prices are great. But I'm the type to pay more for good customer service. And if you are gonna offer customers promos and incentives follow thru. Between both visits I spent 350 bucks and on both visits, they acted like me asking for a pre roll (they promoted) was too much. Not only that.... but I'm lying? About a pre roll? When I spent hundreds,and smoke at least a quarter a day?I hope people start holding this rude manager accountable for her reckless attitude and mouth! I don't care if they got the best weed I ever smoked I won't go back to being talked to like a dog. That's for sure!

This place is straight cheeks! On January 7th at 11am, the older lady working the counter misgendered me for wearing a skirt and didn’t accept my drivers license from Oklahoma. I‘m visiting the alien exhibits since I’m a huge fan of extraterrestrial media. I was planning to bring back good strains for me and my boyfriend, but I’m disappointed!!! There are much better dispensaries to take your patronage to!!!

Ultra health always gives me the best service!!. Shay is always so helpful and welcoming when I walk in the door. This is my go-to dispensary! 🙂

The products they have are nice. The service not so much! Needs new bud tenders.

There is absolutely no doubt that this is the best dispensary in town I have been to all of the ones here and I have been a customer of ultra health for over 2 years now their product is Top Notch there customer service and employees are wonderful friendly and kind

Usually the best prices per gram and nice people that are knowledgeable.
