This place was horrendous I absolutely do not recommend giving them your money. The customer service was awful, not only was she rude and snarky with me but she was extremely unhelpful and unwelcoming. When I decided not to give her my business and turned around to leave she snapped at me and said “So you’re not going to buy anything?” and I just said “No thank you, have a nice day” before hearing her mumbling profanities at me as I walked out. I found the experience entirely unprofessional and will not be returning nor recommending anyone to this store again.

This place is awful. I've been taking kratom for 5 years and the clerks do not know anything about the products at all, are not engaging or friendly and literally don't speak. There's one man who's actually creepy and stares at my wife when she goes here.
Last week I bought 1 bag for $10 and I was charged $30! After noticing I came back and asked for a refund. I was told it would be refunded in 2 to 3 days. Still no refund 8 days later. DO NOT GO HERE.

Sign says open at 10am Wednesday. It's 10:45 and still nobody here. This is the second time this has happened. They also know practically nothing about the products, which is incredibly important when you're selling health related items and drugs that can be dangerous when misused. Disappointed because we need something like this, but with knowledgeable staff who care about people.
