Penny picher. The other older woman who works there is super nice but everyone else is not much to write home about. Lost my business over $5. When you give a price, honor that price. Other people do and that's where I will go.

I went a couple days ago and got some Northern Lights. It was overpriced, extremely dry and burnt fast with a VERY LOW high that lasted only about 10 mins. Overall it was a completely disappointing experience and I was left feeling "ripped off" the staff is AWESOME though!

Friendly folks, excellent aromatic atmosphere. Get yourself a sticker for your car "follow me to starbuds" and you can qualify for a good deal.

Very pleasant worker.
I went as a.friend called her daughter.was on duty alone at closing. A.man was loitering, throwing things out of a vehicle making her uncomfortable. Police called and would not even do wel are check.
I flew from my home to try help, her.mother arrived.
She was nervous, and closed safely.
Police were 1 block away.just driving.around Poverello.
Sad , they failed to take seriously.

1st off I am impressed by the overall family feel that this shop has from the second you walk in the door! I have been in 3 times this month, and even though it was busy, their professional staff made things seamless. It was recommended to me to stop in and talk to Bridget, and she indeed was super helpful and she definitely knows her stuff. Her husband was of great help when he answered questions and shared his love of the plants! The knowledge and assistance that the bud tenders give is second to none, and I will continue to shop here!

I have been to Starrbuds twice now and both times the customer service was excellent. As in, above and beyond. Bridgette and another budtender went the extra mile to get me access to the health care I needed. A stark contrast when compared to the "pass the buck" attitude of the MMCP I experienced. Their flowers are not only beautiful but you can tell that great care was taken when packaging. That's the sign of someone who loves what they're doing, what they're providing, and pride in their product in my opinion. I read a couple reviews that mentioned the small selection. Although a somewhat small selection compared to the huge lists at other dispensaries, which I find overwhelming and time consuming, the strains are top quality. I highly recommend. ;D
