Haven't been to this place. I live out of state and was sent a receipt using my information. The person on the phone didn't want to help figure out what had happened, so unsure if this was intentional. It doesn't seem to be my information, but will be monitoring now.
Update: After being harassed on Google, I wish I could leave a more negative review. When I called, I was very nice to the guy but he didn't seem to want to help. I asked what had happened and he had no clue. I'm really sorry that COULD have been what happened, but since your store would rather not look into issues with information, I will leave this review. This company has no shame with harassing people online, and leaving you no help on the phone. Instead of calling me back to make sure we could get this taken care of like I had hoped, this was the result.

The prices are too high. Way over retail value. The older male employee is hostile when your asking questions or inquiries about deals and specials. A rechargeable disposable is $36. Go someone else they will value the loyal customers.

My wife and myself have been in a few times now and every time it is an amazing experience. The selection is vast, and the employees are knowledgeable and courteous. The coffee is amazing as well.

Frankie was liquid happiness! Called in a pinch to see if they had some disposables for a drive to Helena & man did we stumble upon a new favorite place. Coffee, nicotine, merch, self sustaining eco systems available for purchase. You name it. Can’t wait to go back. Very inviting space with excellent service. ❤️

I'm visiting from out of state. Black Heart was the only one smoke shop open after I got off work & had a great selection of options! I normally get ELF bars & they had a nice variety. Kelly was super awesome and friendly. He made me feel welcome to the area and was quick to offer me options if I had any complications with my vape. I'll definitely visit this place again. I highly recommend this spot :) Thanks Kelly!

Passed by this place a lot like everyday!! Finally stopped in and OMG!!! I love it it’s my favorite place! And I love they recycle you take your old vapes even if you didn’t buy it from them. And they give u credit for each one. That’s awesome!! I’m all about recycling! And then Kelly and Francesca! Awesome ppl! Super chill! Answered all are questions didn’t rush us on and out of there witch was nice! I’ll b going there for now and on! My favorite place! Chill ppl! Super chill GO CHECK IT OUT!! Won’t regret it!

Fantastic little place! The people working there are always friendly and nice. Michael in particular is extremely helpful and will help you out with flavors if you’re unsure of something! So glad I stumbled in here several months ago!
