This has been my main go to store for 7 years and they never disappoint me. They are knowledgeable of every product that they sell. From the mods, disposables, juice, CBD, Delta 8 products, etc. I usually don't have to spend much time time with what I want, so I'm in and out in 15 minutes. Customer service is mostly outstanding.

As someone that once traveled for work I have used Vapor World all over and have largely had a good experience in nearly all of them. With that said my review is based on this store alone and not the company as a whole.

(just THIS STORE not all of Vapor world.)

1. Customer service. On the moment of walking in they act as if it is a great inconvenience for them to have to get up and greet you. Then when asking questions, they come off as condescending and as if your question doesn't merit a real response.

2. Product issues. I buy coils in a full pack because it simply suits me better, but at least one coil in every single pack doesn't work. When asked why this happens or if they could replace it, they said no they cannot and I should just buy singles instead I would have "better luck" that way.

Been going to Vapor World for quite awhile now. Bought a disposable Escobar, I tried it out in store and it worked. Upon taking 2 or 3 more puffs I realized it had a really burnt almost tar like taste to it. I tried to hit it a few more times throughout the day and it was just terrible. I tried to bring it back and they said once it leaves the store you can’t bring it back. I get it, I really do. The only thing I was asking for was a replacement. I have spent a hundreds of dollars at these places (if not $1000), and all I got was “I can’t replace it but you can buy another one at full price”. Not like anybody cares but I won’t be going back to a Vapor World. And I know the person that “helped” me just wanted me to leave so that they could get back to…whatever the hell it was they were doing before I walked in. I had this happen with a Hyde on the north Kansas store too, and got the same response about a year ago. They don’t stand behind anything they sell unless it’s right there in front of them. I guess I’m supposed to stand there for 30 minutes puffing in front of them each time I buy something. Not worth it, I’ll just quit vaping.

I go across town to Vapor 100 on Glenstone, which is a hassle considering I live near this location, just so I can get good service.

You dropped the ball with this location and you’re just as $hitty for letting it continue.

Worst store ever. Just bought a ooze battery 20 min ago. It doesn’t work at all. Called to see if I could return it and was told no. DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS u want to get ripped off and get zero help with their poor quality battery’s. Beware and avoid these crooks

I finally got a vape unit that I think I'm going to be happy with. I may be able to quit smoking now. The gentleman who helped us was awesome and went over the pros and cons of each unit and was extremely helpful. Didn't push me into anything I was unsure of, wish I had his name but he was there at 9:30 am on 4-27-17, and he needs a raise.

The guys that work here are awesome and kind. There is a ton of selection. From Salt-nic vapes to regular freebase mods. Hundreds of juices. The Delta-8 products aew top notch as well. Highly recommend this place.

I messed up my tank where it was out of place. Walked in, the girl behind the counter this afternoon was prompt in helping fix the issue. Great customer service and friendly. I thought I was going to have to replace the whole thing but she was able to fix it!!!! She's been the best most friendly since I've been going there. Very happy with today's visit!

I had called, asked them if they had the clear RPM pods for the Nord 2, I was told yes (I have only owned this vape a couple of weeks so this was my first pod purchase and did not know at the time that the pods came in different colored boxes, I know this now), I went in a couple hrs later and once again asked at the register if they were the clear ones, he told me yes. I drive away, at the red light I open the package, not paying attention because I am watching the light, open it and try to put the coil in, still as I am not looking down at this pod, they are the wrong pods, he sold me the smoked pods. I turn around and immediately go back to the store, maybe 5 mins have passed. I tell him he sold me the wrong pods, he takes the pod out of the package and is just staring it at like I am wrong, he then proceeds to put his hands all over my current pod, takes my coil out of my pod and tries to squeeze it into the smoked pod, I said it is not going to fit, the pods take 2 different coils. He goes huh well then, I said can I please either have the clear pods that I asked for or my money back, he told me no that it was company policy they cannot take returns. So it was the employees mistake because he was not educated on the products this company sells and I am out $11. I have gone to this vape shop multiple times with barely any interaction with the people who work there, they are not even remotely knowledgably enough to be selling these products. The people who work there are rude, not knowledgeable and definitely are just there for a paycheck! Do better hiring employees!
