Bought a product 2 days ago now doesn't work won't exchange or anything. Thanks I'm out $140. Don't go here they don't stand behind their products.
Update: I sent an email to their support team on their site. Management got a hold of me and let me exchange for a new one. 🙂

This place was good. Then they sold me some pods for the device i told them. Got home to fill up, and wrong pods. So go and get a new system, went to fill up the replacement pod, and its for a different system. Bought the weenax k1, was sold pods for the weenax h1. Are you serious? Oh and the whole reason i bought the weenax, was because i bought the nord 2 a week earlier and they dont sell the coils for it. Ive tried calling with it ringing 4 times and then hoing to voicemail. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. THEY ARE LIARS AND DONT KNOW WHAT IT MEANS TO GIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Update 11/7/22: Called store because there was supposed to be a device there for me to make up for them selling me the wrong device, and selling ne completely different cartridges, which they dont have the parts for either. I am never shopping there again. They are not a good place to shop.
Update: 11/22/22 WENT IN AND WAS TOLD NOT GETTING PRODUCT I WAS PROMISED BECAUSE I LEFT THIS REVIEW. SHADY BUSINESS. DO NOT GO HERE.

Place is clean and looks nicely laid out. The gentleman behind the counter seemed knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are good, there is a 25% discount because they are off of the main road. Definitely will shop here again.

They do not stand behind what they sell. will not replace item. First and last time being there bought a $35 glass piece and it leaked right away. You get a lot more bang for your buck going down to Super Flea off Independence Avenue but it's just more dangerous down there
