Ecig Smokeshop

Guy who works here let's his friends budge to the front of line. Sounds petty, but I spend hundreds of dollars here monthly. The shop was practice empty and I was in a hurry. He was helping one customer, when he told him he would be right back, so he could help me, (I was buying a single kratom extract) as he was walking to grab what I asked for. The girl from the haircutting place next door walked in and grabbed a drink. He stopped what he was doing to ring her up and let her pay. I told him I was actually next and he ignored me. I then said it to her and they both ignored me. I then said out loud that she budged and it was very rude. She silently walked out, he the goes. Oh, sorry. It was clear he saw me when I came it, that's why he stopped to help. He just wanted to help her get in and out because he knew her. A customer should never be second rate, especially one who spends as much as I do there. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was sold 2 faulty vapes in a row. Will not be going back here ever again. The first disposable (esco bar) I got did not even last a week. These usually last me 3-4 weeks. So I was surprise that this one died so quick so I just brushed it off and thought it probably was the cold weather. Then I went and bought another Esco bar but this time a different flavor. The cashier told me to open and try it and I did. Took one puff and it worked so I thought no biggie. As soon as I got into my car and took 2-3 more puffs the taste was awful. BURNT taste. I literally called them within 2-3 mins of leaving the store told them what happen. I couldn't go back inside because I was running late for work. They said they couldn't do anything and told me to contact the company and the best they can do is offer 15%($3) off a new one. Would not recommend this place.

Good selection, I have found specific items that I was grateful to have a local connection for. However the service is sometimes lacking. They do their best but on more than one occasion they were unwilling to replace lightly used and defective items because they "couldn't sell it anymore". This kind of inflexibility doesn't exactly excite me as a customer. Just thought I should honestly report my experiences with this place. I still would recommend for the selection and decent prices alone, if you like D8 or CBD or vaping or anything like that definitely check this place out while you're in town. Pictured is my ~$20 nectar straw that I couldn't recommend enough.

Dan and Maggie are the absolute best. They know their regulars, are incredibly kind and knowledgeable on their products, and make us feel welcome every time we walk through the doors. And when I say knowledgeable, I mean it. They’ve got a huge selection, yet they can tell you whatever you want to know about a product. If I could give more stars I would.

It's always a good experience when you have pretty girl that knows her shop, and knows her customers. I appreciate the extra time and attention you show me every time I stop in.

I very pleased with Maggie and the Ecig Smokeshop. She really is a pleasure to do business with and her patience with customers is amazing. Selection and pricing varies considerably depending on what your looking for. As I'm traveling from SC and not from the area she really went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed while on my trip. Thanks.
