I was headed to the cabin and my brand new coil (not purchased from here) went dead. I quickly hit the google and found this place. First of all when I walked in a was greeted by a nice man and they were playing great music. I told the guy (found out his name, Ryan) my problem and he got me the new coils. Yeah, not a big deal but I told him I didn’t wanna lose my favorite juice so he emptied my tank into a bottle, change my coil and filled up my tank. Great customer service. You don’t find that very often anymore. Well it was a fluke that I came in here and there are many shops closer to me but I’ll be coming here for all my vape needs. Thanks again.

Customer service there is mediocre at best but the biggest issue is that most of their disposable ecigs taste burnt. I’ve tried to give this place a chance quite a few times as I live in the area but I’ve not had luck with their disposable ecigs. I’ve tried multiple brands with the same result. Tastes good the first hit and then burnt after that. Definitely would not recommend their disposables but can’t speak to any of their other products.
