THC Delivery & Curbside Pick-up by Simply Crafted CBD

I placed an Order Sunday Feb 12 2023 paid an extra $8 for 1-3 day shipping. It's now the 16th at 10 pm and I still haven't got my product. I've been tracking it from the tracker they sent and through USPS. Their link says it's sitting in WV still. USPS tracking was originally saying I would receive it by 9 pm tonight we'll it's after 9pm and now the USPS tracking says it's in transit to another facility. I emailed them already and haven't received a reply. If I get my product tomorrow I might change my review to a 3 star depending on if the product is any good. I am very irritated that I paid for faster shipping and I'm still waiting. Hopefully it gets here tomorrow. I will still be emailing again for a refund on the extra money I paid for faster shipping if I receive it tomorrow if not I will be asking for a full refund and taking my business else where.

TLDR: Placed an order on January 15th, never heard back from them. They responded immediately to my Google Review asking me to "follow up". Still have yet to hear back from them.

EDIT: It has been 3 weeks since I have posted my review. Simply Crafted immediately replied to my review asking me to email them. I followed up with them and am still waiting for a response...

I’m disappointed to be writing this review. I waited a month since I placed my order to give Simply Crafted the opportunity to respond to my messages, but they have been unresponsive. I ordered from Simply Crafted 2 years ago and received my product (also didn’t receive shipping updates at that time) and didn’t think to follow up because I received my item within 2 weeks. I placed an online order for delivery on January 15th and have not received any updates on my order since. I have contacted them through their online chat (January 31st, Feb 3rd, Feb 6th, Feb 8th) and Facebook, called them(January 30th, Feb 3rd and Feb 8th), sent a message through their “Contact Us” page and emailed them on January 26th and Feb 6th to follow up on my order. I have yet to receive a response from them. I am unsure if there has been a change in management/ownership since I previously ordered from them. As much as I want to support their business, they are almost impossible to get in touch with. I hope they do better to communicate with their customers in the future.

Pair with them and their "affiliate" program well over a year ago. We have sent orders their way using our promo code and now when we try to withdraw the funds, we can't... We also can't get a hold of them by email, Facebook, Instagram, or by phone.

We are seaking our own legal advice, and I suggest everyone do their own research on what their own options are.

Quite a dickish crew. I sent an email to cancel my order when I didnt receive it same day, which I paid for. Over the next few I sent FIVE emails asking the order be canceled- no response. The $70 pending transaction went through but i didnt get my merchandise.

Prices are just a tad higher than other places, but not bad for a brick-and-mortar! I did place an order online and received it within a few days, so that was awesome.

Love Love Love they are not a scam!!! I was definitely expecting a scam product or some type of scam but I still decided to make a purchase and take a chance while in a curious moment. I got the very berry vape pen and let me tell you the smell was amazing didn’t even smell like weed which made me so happy because I hate the smell of weed.So I’m very happy and the effects are great! Go ahead and try it for yourself.

I've been a fan of Simply Crafted for a while now and it's really cool to see them open up a brick and mortar location. Pop in and ask questions because the staff here is super friendly and knowledgeable as all hell.

First off the products are good but the customer service not so much. My last order was in January and I ordered moonrock but I got two very small nugz that didn’t equal to an 8th, not even put together because I had 2 orders. I emailed and also filled out a request for a refund and never got a response. Also the gummies I ordered didn’t do anything for me. I’ve had the flower that was good but that’s all I can say is good from this site.

Edit: Someone reached out to me and I got a new order and everything is amazing. I got an email Thursday right after I wrote the first review and I have a new order 4 days later on Monday. This just made my day 😁
Great customer service and great products 💯

Drove 20 min because according to their hours they’re open, but nobody was there. Nobody answers the phone. Look at all of the reviews saying similar things about their poor customer service, and their owner going through each one pretending like they’re all separate incidents that shouldn’t reflect on them. Seriously don’t spend money with these clowns, you’ll regret it.
