Central Tobacco: THC edibles, Kratom, Delta 8 & CBD

I visited this store on a Sunday night and specifically chose this store due to their later hours on a Sunday. Most stores close at 6 so I appreciate their extended hours. I had no idea what I was doing when I walked in. I was looking for THC edibles to help with insomnia. The staff was super helpful, kind and thoughtful. He gave good options and explained both in great detail. The store was very clean and organized. I will definitely be back. Thank you for the great experience!

The workers of this shop are fantastic! The shop itself is setup great and is very aestetically pleasing, however 3 times in a row I have now received bad THC product. First I had 2 pre rolled blunts that were completely clogged and went to waste. Second I had expired gummies, WHICH they let me come in and exchange for even price, however the product pointed out to me Thc-o had zero effect on me, even after I had taken 200mg I felt completely sober. I was a frequent customer of this establishment however I will be taking a break from this location for awhile. Shop with caution and research the products there, some of it seems like it may be fake I.E. no companies found when searching names on their product.

Hands down best tobacco shop I been to! Huge selections! Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! It was so busy too on a Sunday night! Will be back very soon! Also the largest selection for THC seltzers and edibles!!!

Friendly staff. I’m blanking on the name of the girl who helped me (I think it’s trinity) but she had pointed out the best delta 8 products for my anxiety, was super friendly and very acknowledgeable with everything. I will be making the drive to come back when I need product.

This used to be my go-to tobacco shop until I bought a vape battery that only worked for one charge then never again. I brought it back (maybe two weeks after purchase) and was told sometimes they sell duds and I would just have to buy a new one. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I reviewed this smoke shop a few months ago (below) and discovered loads of reviews that appear to be written by an inside source to jack up their rating. It appears as if this was done as a direct response to constructive criticism, and is very disappointing.

This is a very beautiful shop with a lot of glass and an aesthetically pleasing setup; unfortunately however, their customer service leaves much to be desired. This was the second time my husband and I visited this store, and like the first time, we walked out without making a purchase because of poor customer service. I'm rather new to CBD products, and couldn't find what I was looking for behind the locked glass, so I approached the counter for assistance. The employee was cleaning something in his hand seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. After standing there for several minutes without being greeted, I finally broke the awkward silence and asked the clerk if he could please help me find a CBD vape pen without Delta 8 in it. He pointed to where I just came from in the back of the store and said, "in that corner". He then turned back to the object he was cleaning and didn't say another word. I didn't feel comfortable asking for additional help, so similar to our first visit months ago, we left empty handed. We won't be returning to this store again.
