Staff is really friendly! They are very, very helpful and well stocked. Far and above the "Wild West" places and the parasitic shop that opened in the same shopping center. Really nice dog that's sometimes there, Paisley. Very knowledgeable.
Will definitely drive a bit further to get to this place over others.

Love this place! Knowledgeable employees that are very helpful. Doesn't matter if you are a beginner transitioning from cigarettes or people who have vaped for years! Lots of flavors and options of nicotine strength all the way down to zero. The place is clean as well, important to most people.

I go here because I feel valued at GT Vapor. For some reason it's common for vape shops to act like there being inconvenienced by selling you there product but not at GT Vapor there staff is top notch and there house brand juice is great. Especially great for your coils. Your coils will last for ever using there house juice! Thanks GT Vapor for being who you are!

When it comes to customer service, these people have it perfected. They are all very knowledgeable about all their products and I haven't found a question they can't answer. I have bought 4 different vaporizers from them and they take the time to make sure I am comfortable preparing and using it. Jen is my favorite but they are all great.

Mixed experience today. When I went in, one man was ahead of me in line. As he was being waited on, two more men came in behind me but both got waited on first. though I was standing right there, cashier looked right at them and said may I help you. Seriously? What am I missing? Finally the shop was empty so I was waited on. Once he was helping me, he couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. I was clueless to vaping and he hooked me right up in no time. Not decided if I'm ever going back or not due to line cutters, I have a full time job and have a lot to do on my day off.

We bought all our Vaping needs here, then last week when we went back, they had closed. DISAPOINTED! There may be another store somewhere, but where? Traverse City?
