Plenty of good things to say about this store. Especially all the workers. They're all very kind and personable and if you are a regular sometimes they will give you a free pre roll. Will definitely be coming back here for the foreseeable future.

All I have is great things to say about the store. I’m a cancer survivor I was taking a full spectrum tincture to help with the pain after surgery and to help me get off the pain meds. It worked great! I continue to use the products as I continue to heal. They have multiple varieties of products available. Staff is very knowledgeable and great help to point you in the right direction for what your needs are. I am truly blessed to have a store like this close to me. I will definitely be back and prices were great.

GREAT store and even better employees!! They often hold drawings giving customers who spend $X amount in products your in! This time around I was the lucky draw and won 2 tickets to the "mix tape tour" featuring new kids on the block, Salt n Pepa, En Vogue and Rick Antsley giving me a chance to attend the concert with my 18 yr old daughter! It was because of the Amazing staff, their generosity and smart business promotions that I was able to share a small piece of my childhood with my baby girl! Thank you so much...love you all

The staff at Premium Only CBD is very knowledgeable and very patient helping educate me on all of the applications for the usage of the products.

I have spent a lot of money here since they have opened. Because it’s convenient and only 5 minutes away from me, with absolutely no competition here in town- BUT today my experience left an icky taste in my mouth. The girl working was clearly annoyed she had to set the phone down to help me- lol. Which whatever- but working in customer service myself, I have to say ‘do better’ girlfriend.
Second- I knew what I wanted thankfully, cuz she definitely wasn’t about to offer any help or ask if I had any questions, she was ready to get back on the phone with Clyde 😅
Anywho I asked if they still run any specials on certain days and if so what days- since most dispensary’s do this.. she didn’t know- asked the dude on the phone and I was told “he said we just had a special- and idk what it was” LOL OK… thanks. Y’all really don’t try too hard with your customers.

Thankfully I found a new spot only 7 miles away from Jenison- with insanely good deals- like blow your mind cheap compared to this spot… super professional and helpful bud tenders- and SO many choices! I’ll make the extra drive from now on to get 3x the amount of product for the same price with way friendlier folks. 🙃🫶🏼

It was brought to my attention that the owner knowingly was selling vape carts that were fake, meaning the actual brand on the box didn't fill them. I attempted to talk to the owner about this and was forcefully removed. I do not recommend this place, also my buddy weighed his stuff and it was short.

The owners of Premium Only are outstanding, and LOCAL! They offer high quality products, at affordable prices, and they do so with personable, genuine customer service. In addition they have sponsored my #14 Berlin Raceway Limited Late Model, and their support has been invaluable.
