Matt greeted me right away he was so patient with me and answering all of my questions, he also didn't direct me to the most expensive product like alot if places do. The people at One Love are a hidden gem of Louisville. I have never been treated with such genuine respect, kindness, and care as a customer. I have lived here for 3 years but only have been coming here for a few months. I was heavily missing out the other years. I will continue to come here for as long as I live in this city. Every employee genuinely cares about your needs and loves to chat with you. They are also notorious for giving free samples and discounts just because, as they call the "One Love Way" :). The best dispensary in town! I’ve been a customer of One Love’s for about a couple years and I will never shop anywhere else for my herbal needs. The staff is knowledgeable and so kind, friendly and welcoming to all. They work their tails off filling any order I need; store pick up, in person or delivery. Yesterday I received my order via USPS that I placed only a day prior! Jana is the best at letting me know if there are any issues with my order and knows exactly what to do. Not to mention you earn points with every purchase which leads to dollars off orders in the future. The stores and clean and organized and staff is so knowledgeable and definitely don’t make me feel silly if I have a question. If you’re on the fence about trying CBD or delta 8, go in and see them. They have a range of products and I swear by a CBD cream that I used when training for a marathon.
