The salve is amazing and helps with sore muscles within minutes of putting it on! It also helps with headaches; just rub a little on your temples, and it will start to go away within 5 minutes or so. If it's a tension head ache, I put it on my temples, across my hairline on my forehead and at the base of my skull down my neck, and I usually start getting relief within 10 minutes! Oh, and if you have sinus issues, put it on the bridge of your nose and around the tip so you breathe in the vapors, it will help clear your sinuses almost instantly!! I absolutely love this product, and it only takes one time to try it and feel the effects. You'll fall in love with it, too!
