7 Sins Vapor & Smoke Shop

Friendly enough, but zero care that you're satisfied. Autodraw was a selling point for me and I made it known. I was assured the overpriced, low satisfaction Gemini I purchased was. Also, after stating it had no flavor, the owner told me the flavor would improve with wicking. The Gemini is a terrible device without autodraw. Even though this part is a shop mistake, I was hit with the "No returns" which the owner claims was an honest mistake, but zero effort whatsoever to make it right. I'm left with an unusable device, sold due to being misinformed. Lesson learned.

Sold my girlfriend a faulty product and wouldn't honor a refund after telling us to travel to another town to get a refund at their other store. Unbelievable. Owners shady. I'd bring your business somewhere else more respectable.

A very nasty store. They had a filthy cat in there roaming around and what appeared to be 2 drug attic‘s sitting in some chairs. They told me $40 for a Vape pen and then only give me $50 and change out of $100. As the door was closing they laughed at me.

Bought a $20+ vape that wouldn’t charge and they didn’t offer a replacement charger or device. Nice people but poor customer service in my opinion!

Haven’t even been in yet and already have been helped more than most stores I’ve been too. The girl that answered was soooooo helpful! She def went the extra mile! So whoever it was on Monday May 2nd ‘22 at 2:20pm you rock and thank you so much for your time and kindness! Can not wait to actually come in and check out the store.

I have been vaping for about 3 years now. When I started the very first place I went was 7 sins. Not only did they get me started but they were extremely knowledgeable and really insistent on setting me up with what suits me. Since then I have never been to another vape store. 7 sins has always help me with anything I need and over 3 years everything I have purchased for vaping has came from their store. I was extremely pleased with the service that I never had the interest to go anywhere else. The selection they have is just amazing, form juice to mods, to accessories. If 7 sins doesn’t have it they can help find it. Over all just 20 out of 10 pleased with customer service and quality of their products.

Vape pen stopped working within half an hour of leaving with it. $30 dollars wasted because they can't take it back after you leave the store. Stay away from their 4000 puff pens.

Visited to purchase liquid and was shocked to find out how much it costs, then even more surprised to find out the liquid tasted like perfume. 120ml bottle was over $50, to put that in perspective I can get three 120ml bottles from another store for the same price. 2 stars since the guy that helped me was very friendly and was able to answer all of my questions readily.

I came to this shop trying to buy a vape mod tp help cut down and eventually quit smoking cigarettes. Owner of the store was very helpful. I went in very unrealistic about how much I wanted to spend not realizing these capes are quite expensive. The owner showed me many different mods and i ended up grabbing a Smok Species and am very happy. Ill be back again when I'm in Indiana again. Thanks again.
