I've been going here since I started vapeing, but they've recently switched out their staff, or some got fired, it doesn't matter what does matter is that the one man I encountered today was very rude when I explained an entire brand new bottle of juice I bought yesterday exploded everywhere when I went to use it, I went in to explain I must have gotten a faulty bottle and I'd like it replaced as it was a brand new bottle and he told me not to expect hand outs, I didn't expect a hand out, and he told me there's nothing they can do. Honestly not going to go back. He had an " I don't care" attitude and was rude all around!

The employees are great , however the company solely cares about them money that comes in. We walked out had not even got home the vape taste just like metal. We came back in and would not replace. This is why we stopped going there in the first place and now we WILL not to come back. Mind you everyone in the store knows who we are and we are.The company should work on the policy and ethics of this institution.

It is a very small shop but don't let that fool you, it is packed to the brim with vape juice, tanks, mods, even kits. They also sell other things here like CBD products, kratom and some cute pre rolls if you are into those things. I went in for a new tank (best prices I have found) and my fave nicotine juice of all time that I have a hard time finding elsewhere. I very recommend this shop and I extra appreciate that they are open until 10pm even on Sundays!

2 days ago I came in and bought a gummy bear bang disposable, I opened it and it worked fine. After about ten hits, it stopped working. So I went in today, knowing I couldn’t get money or a new one back, I bought a second one not expecting it to happen again. It doesn’t work as well, it doesn’t turn on, doesn’t blink, nothing. And because I opened it outside of the store, I can’t get my money back on that either. I tried asking the guy working there if I could get a new one but he told me I couldn’t because I stepped outside of the store for 30 seconds. I love going to you guys, and I spend a lot of money there. But $44 is a lot of money to me, and I basically gave it to you with nothing in return. Is there a manager or someone I could talk to?

The store is awesome depending on who is working I will give it five stars if one gentleman is working and I will give it one star if another gentleman is working always has what I need until this last time it's a good store but I'm up in the air about going back

I went in the other day to buy a couple disposable vapes and spent roughly $55 which is no problem. The problem is I tried the two that I bought in the store and they hit fine, and as I was walking out of the store to go to my car I hit one of the vapes I had just bought and it didn’t work as soon as I realized that I turned right around. Didn’t even get to my car yet I was out of the store for literally like 20 seconds. The woman working refused to do anything about it.
Mind you this is the first time I’ve bought from this vape store and will probably never go in again.

I really like the juice selection and cost. I wish they would have a list of juices though because every time I go I want something new and you can’t see what they have behind the counters which makes it a pain to be able to pick something I actually want.
