Idaho Vape

Avoid this place if you value your money. These ppl sell sub-par equipment low to trash quality vape items. You pay for over priced products that if they are junk from day one they will not refund or flat out refuse to honor the items they sell. Bad form, terrible customer service......should be shut down. Shady way to do Business....

I wish I could give zero stars, after years (3+) of not going anywhere else, and spending hundreds of dollars every month. I finally encountered a problem. A disposable elf bar I purchased won’t charge. When I called to ask if they would do anything for me, like maybe a discount down to cost, or anything really. What was the answer? “ to bad my man, all sales are final”. Lesson learned, I’ll spend my money with another company. There is no shortage in Idaho falls. Buyer be ware and peace out Idaho Vape

There's not much more I can say that the other reviews didn't cover! The only bad thing I can say, is I didn't discover them sooner!! Omg these guys are what Cust Service should be &like other's said they go above& beyond to make sure all is good before I leave!! Josh has always been incredibly HELPFUL with getting my vape coils changed&that I've got what I need! This VAPE SHOP IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST SHOP IN Eastern Idaho! Damn everything about this store from product to knowledgeable staff&prices are great and if u can't find it here, they will get it!! Never have I been to a vape shop where I can buy my coils separately! I lovethat option! Thanks for such amazing Cust service & a variety of what a shop should be!! All other store owners TAKE NOTE THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST AROUND!!

I have been shopping, almost exclusively at this store for about 9 years. The staff, the owners, everyone is just amazing. If I have any problems with my products they are helpful in resolving my issues. By far the best vape store in Idaho Falls!

The absolute best vape store in town. Their shop and selection is small but certainly not disappointing. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help you find the absolute best product for your needs. I recently went in for a new vape setup and ended up buying what he recommended. After 2 weeks of using the new setup my expectations have not only been met but exceeded! Do not waste your time or money at vapor door!

The owners and workers there are very personable in a respectable way. I always feel like I’m welcome walking in. I can always count on a smiling face, items in stock, answers to my questions, and solid background music while I’m shopping. I have tried shopping other places in the past and absolutely nothing compares. I’ve been going there for the last 6 years and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. I am greeted by name and have seen them greet other people by name. Can’t say enough positive about them honestly

Been in 2 times. The first time it was great, the girl who helped me was nice and knowledgeable and I loved the juice she found for me. The second time, I was ignored for 10 minutes before being helped and and guy who helped me wouldn't even make eye contact. I told my friends and they said they have had the same experience there.

Easily the best atmosphere in town, by far. Love the option to taste what juices I want before I buy, and there's a killer selection of mods and RDA's to your basic beginner kits. They're also willing to help you out with anything you need vaping related! Awesome place, keep up the good work!

EDIT: I was at Idaho Vape today, picking up juice and coils and had by far the worst experience I've ever had at this store since I posted this review. The dude with the nasty goatee that smelled of hot garbage told me that, after I had asked for a 135 of house juice, they no longer carry coils or house juice at all and that I'd be better off taking my business to some other place. So after thinking long and hard I'll be going elsewhere, because the last 5 months have gone down hill at this store here. I've never been treated so badly at any establishment in my life. I highly recommend you avoid this store at all costs. Honestly, Outlaw Vapor is better than Idaho Vape anymore. At least they're not playing on their phones or hiding in the back.

Beat vape shop in town, amazing pricing and a great variety of products. Friendly and funny people that work their. Love the attitude they have and the information on their products. Also love support they give to the military and veterans. And love the way the store looks inside. Clean and organized.
