This is by far the best Irie in regards to customer service. Every staff member is extremely knowledgeable about their products. They treat every customer with special one on one treatment. I live in Kailua-Kona and drive an hour and a half just to shop at this particular Irie. The manager is hands down the best manger is kind, knowledgeable, and ensures he has the best staff. I'm so pleased and impressed with this shop. It's absolutely 💯 worth the drive.

Cigar selection needs improvement. . Prices a bit higher then normal but its the only place left on this whole side corner of island that sells decent cigars. (That I'm aware off) Store feels very cluttered inside. Employees are polight and helpful employees .

Never shopping here again. Everything is extremely overpriced. As someone who has worked in the industry for years, I know when someone is charging way more than they should. Went in for a downstem and a bowl for my new piece, expecting to pay at most $25. They wanted $50 for their "cheapest" downstem and bowl.
