I bought the hemp oil for cats. Cost $25. Saved me about $500 which is what it would have cost to get my cat looked at by the Vet, told (again) that she needs antibiotics, anti nausea meds, etc. My cat perked up in 5 minutes literally, she had energy again, wanted to eat again, started playing again. It was like a miracle. She actually ate within 18h but began going to her eating spot within 5 mins. So grateful for this hemp oil and for Georgia Hemp Company. Will never go without it again. I was so excited about the results that I forgot to mentioned the extremely helpful and kind young ladies in the store. They clearly knew what they were talking about and together answered all my questions. Highly recommend! Here is a picture of my sweet kittie.

No attempt to resolve a one time issue after having spent sooo much money in this place & associates know us by name... Disappointed. My husband & I have been coming here since the Woodstock location opened. We buy different types of their products but I live for the CBD to help me focus on work & not my anxiety every single day. To the point that when we go, we buy 3-4 at a time so we don't have to come to the store weekly. We have only had issues with 2 preloaded CBD cartridges here EVER. A few months ago we purchased one, threw it in a drawer, and forgot it was there for prob 2 months. Finally opened it up to use, and it was just not pulling anything out. Seemed simple enough of an issue. My husband & went in 2 separate times and saw different employees both times. When he went in and took the cartridge to return it, they told him he needed the credit card to do the refund. When I went in a few weeks later, I forgot the cartridge but asked the same question & was told the same thing: "oh don't worry about it, we'll refund you just bring it back with the card you used." Okay cool... Today I go to buy another 3 cartridges & actually remembered both the cart and the card. Also, I was returning a 2nd CBD cart that the oil was weirdly cloudy & when you pull from it, it tasted like straight up Lysol-type chemicals. Kind of scary, but only the 1st time this has happened to us after going for YEARS & spending prob a thousand dollars in this business... The employee working got the manager to come out to handle it. I was told no problem to return the chemical one but they couldn't accept a return on the one I'd had for months ***even though I told them we both came twice and asked & was told the same "no worries" answer from different employees*** because there's a 48 hr return window after purchase. I said not everyone goes home and hits every cart they buy to make sure it works, I buy 3-4 and use them over a month or two, pulling one when the other is empty... She said well give a grace period of 2 weeks. I said have you had any other customers have the same issue? She said yes, it has happened before. So to recap IT'S A KNOWN ISSUE...
I neglected to remind her that we come in there every month so how did she even really KNOW that this cart was from months ago if my card was used within the last few weeks or month from my most recent visit? I call BS. She held firm - good for her. I hate to tell her that we've already found a D8 company in Cali that sells twice the product for about the same cost + you get 15% off your order + free shipping (basically one whole cart free if you buy 2 :) we have replaced GHC product from. May have to start buying CBD from Cali also with this disappointing customer service experience.
Shout out to Savannah, the manager who needs a reminder to train ALL employees to regurgitate the same info to all customers every time so she doesn't look bad when she has to tell customers what the actual return window is.
Seriously can't believe one manager can't find a solve to make a single $29 cart refund work for customers who are known by name, welcomed, and spend soooo much money in her store.

Got their 9 Lb Hammer D8 cart, have a few major issues. It's a 500ml cart, with only 400ml of D8. It says that's 88% delta 8 on the site, which obviously doesn't math right. Checked the lab report, it only shows the report for the D8 distillate they use, not the carts themselves. And that distillate only shows 75% D8 in their lab. So how are they getting 88% if their distillate isn't even that much? And even if they did, it's only 5% terpenes. That makes a total of 93% of stuff accounted for. What is the other 7%? On top of that, their very page for this cart says there is 4400mg of product....in a 500mg cart. I have found MUCH more pure product with other companies in Georgia, with lab reports that break down the actual cartridge itself, and information that is accurate and double-checked. Do your research on any D8 you get, no matter where it is from.
People here are cool though, that I will give them. :)
