I’ve been going to this place for all my ‘heady’ needs since they opened when I was just barely old enough to enjoy tobacco products using “pipes” and “water-pipes”(Pre-Legalization Era). I remember the original owner: nice, goofy dude with this stereotypical stoner voice and unmistakable nasally chuckle. I think it was guy’s overall vibes and undivided attention that drew me back. There wasn’t much at the store to start but inventory was always new. Employees made sure to keep me up to date. Then I started to build a real appreciation for the simple discrete vapes for more conceal-ability to facilitate public use. An undying excitement built as I became informer. Treasure and modern products contrasted in appearance but utility only bettered with modern technology. It takes 10,000 hours to become proficient(excel) in a skill or field. These herbal professors were, in a way, a form of Bob Ross, painting pro instead in the study of artisanal flowers. True appreciation from nature often overlooked as the gift most under appreciate or not to the fullest potential. Never ending industry niches and nuances birthed daily only while working day and night. Most might say a sacrifice easily made, but true visible dedication to the herbalist lifestyle in an era of so little knowledge on the science of the industry. I was there so often the owner would just give me bong bowls and quartz bangers because he got it. The Pipe Dreamz team is undeniably more concerned with the customer’s experience than excessive revenue like most pipe shops only looking to expand a generic head shop with the same copy-paste products, glass, and accessories as any basic needs smoke shop would. This store is more than just a smoke shop, it’s been a crucial part of my life for more than a decade and has its own unique underlying culture embraced by customers and nurtured by selfless employees. Even new management, I believe he’s actually an original employee from way back, continuing the quality customer care that got them where they are now. Even he keeps the same upbeat atmosphere. It’s been a journey watching this once barely-stocked-business become THE One-Stop-Smoke-Shop for any levels of experience. The staff make finding the right device, products, and accessories customized for each customer’s personality like a wand picking a wizard. Now, matured into a herb enthusiasts wonderland. Pipe Dreamz has built a reputable business model most businesses I dream of even brushing up to Pipe Dreamz models only dream of. They’ve gone from the basic papers, bowls, and “water pipes” lol to custom glass of varying skill, novice to advanced glass artists with products ranging in character to find the correct rightful owner best suited for the personality. New age devices bordering on the precipice of the new industries latest of never before seen methods to help the patient find the best solution for the wide array of medical needs in the most practical way possible. I have only one con, barely worth mentioning, not even on my radar because it holds no weight in comparison to the endless list of pros. The parking on 4th St isn’t ideal and the actual additional parking is around the back of the building. For someone trying to be inconspicuous, you may need to conceal your identity somehow, just don’t be so inconspicuous that you actually become overtly conspicuous. For the majority of medicinal users in the ever expanding universe of slow but always growing movement known to most as The First REAL Green Revolution backed by the never wavering mostly docile pacifists of the “Proud to be ‘Loud’” platoon. Don’t miss the always revolving door of latest and greatest techno advances/imports of high-end medical nuances yet to be judged. No other logical option for the local more interested in generous loyalty ‘perks’ than bong ‘percs’. Plus, Chick-Fil-A is next door for all your munchies. A wise wizard once said something as punny as Pipe Dreams then Chick-Fil-A, “two birds,one stone…r”.😬😳🫣🫠

Friendly customer service and great selection. I got a few things, and most excited about the cbd infused dog chew toys. Definitely recommend!

the guy in there, we did not get his name, was super helpful and patient in helping us select cbd gummies. they also had some deals when you purchase multiples. we ended up buying 5, instead of 1. we had been here years ago, and it was not memorable but this sales person was very helpful and made us take note! we’ll be back, there was a lot of cbd stuff available and i highly recommend, plus they’re open late and have parking:)
