Love love love Gary. He is extremely knowledgeable on all products. My husband and I travel the entire US and Jax roots is it! Best pricing. Best product. Best staff. I always order online if I'm out of state. And love coming in to visit when in town. Do not pass up this store. You won't be disappointed.

We were looking for a good place to buy CBD flower & other CBD products here in Jacksonville, & I am so glad that I found Roots! It's so hard to find places that are family owned, organic, & safe. Firstly Shane was awesome!!! He took so much time to talk to my wife & I about the shop, their farm in Oregon, their products. Every question we had, he was happy to answer.
I had placed my order last night & was originally going to do their curbside pickup, but decided to go in instead & I am so glad I did! The new shop is still getting set up, but it is already looking great.
I got four different 3.5g packs from their 2019 harvest. Hawaiian Haze, Mountain Mango, Special Sauce, & Sour space. I was amazed by the sheer variety & choices that they have for the CBD flower. I went with their 2019 harvest because it was cheaper than the 2020, & since it was my first time using CBD flower instead of a tincture. I didn't want to rush in & spend a bunch without knowing much.
The products were waiting in the cutest gift bag with my name, a definite awesome touch. The flower itself was packaged in very nice smell proof bag that was sealed, so you know there was no tampering with it. I did receive slightly different strains than I had ordered, but I just figured that was due to a shortage of one of the strains. Instead of 3.5g of Special Sauce I had been given 3.5g of Cascade Berry, but I received two pre-rolls of the Special Sauce as well. Like I said, I had no problem with it & didn't mind it at all. I'm just happy to try out so many strains!
The flower looks & smells amazing 💜💜💜!!! Can't wait to give all these a try.

My daughter and I recently adopted a dog and let me tell you something, Roots CBD is a game changer!!! I ordered the CBD pet oil online and picked it up. When I arrived, they gave me some doggie treat samples. Our new addition has severe separation anxiety and after two of the sample treats, it was almost as if we had a completely different dog 🐶 I have already marked this as one of my favorite google locations and can’t wait to visit again soon. Very nice people, great range of nice selections, prices are cool, and they're the only place in the area that I know of that has so many and sale such large quantities of cbd products from cbd edibles to cbd vapes to cbd topicals to hemp flower buds that sale in weights from cbd pre rolls & single g's on up to pounds they even sale cbd pet treats.

This store is truly and absolutely amazing.... not only knowledgeable helpful polite staff. But also fantastic product as well.... the flower works amazing for my anxiety, arthritis, and insomnia. The prices beat all other competition. And the product out weighs all others too. I order and have mailed back to Indiana when I'm not in town.
