I went in with loads of questions and was welcomed by Aisia. She was incredibly knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Walked in on a whim and the guy working was very helpful and Patient answering my questions. Gave me samples to try. Yup they worked and went back and purchased. Same guy working. Took his time and very simple and friendly process.

We had a very disappointing, quite frankly, alarming, experience in the Avon store this week with one particular sales person. The other salesperson was delightful and engaging. The adverse experience led us to reconsider this product. Ultimately we decided to make our purchase at the Southington location, and will likely never return to the Avon location again.
I have left my contact information with a Your CBD employee in Southington, and am asking here for the owner Scott Zabka to call me directly, and not simply an anonymous reply here. I have not heard back in two days. Scott, as a community and corporate leader in the service industry, I am stunned as to the way we were treated by one employee. In your promotional release in January, if I recall correctly, you noted an approach of warmth and welcoming. That was not our experience at all.

I had a great experience at the Avon store! I am very unfamiliar with the product and Evan was incredibly patient, answering all my questions and helping me find just the right products for me. He went over the science behind the products as well as my specific needs, so that I was comfortable with my purchase. Excellent service is an excellent store!
