So ive shopped here 4 or 5 times when im in town 1st time February 2021 last few since black Friday 2022… prices seemed on par if not cheaper on some things paid like 50 60 bucks for my seahorse the first time about the same as online back then the device has held up great… went in on black friday and the man with the glasses saved me from using my 50% on $7 torch and lead me in a better direction for a torch that fits in my lighter leash which i love… so great staff great selection great energy always helpful and definitely a place im drawn back to time and time again and ive tried some others all across the states and these guys are definitely one of the ones you walk into and you feel good about it afterwards like you walked out with value and quality for a really good deal hopefully this place is around for a really long time

I would have given 3 stars or less (strictly based on overpriced merch)... but, the staff is incredible! 5 STARS to Richard Castro and his co-star in training. The staff is the only reason I keep coming back. They do have some really badass, original blown glass here. Lots to choose from but pricey! Blown Glass is not the only thing they have, but definitely worth checking out. Leave your backpack at home & purses in your car because this place don't play. Ohh yeah, keep your hands to yourself because your not allowed to handle the merchandise either. And you guessed it, No Returns! If your in the neighborhood stop in and say Hi to Richard Castro for me...

It was like walking into a smoke shop in the middle of Nebraska. We walked in I let them know what I was looking for and my modest price range (modest as in I’m clearly getting some thing but I’m not walking out with the showpiece) and neither of the employees had any idea on what their items cost we stood there for about 10 minutes while they were flipping piece after piece after piece looking at the prices before turning to us and explaining that you just wouldn’t be able to find anything at our price range…. After we left we went to a different place and wouldn’t you know it not only did I have a huge selection to choose from but the staff knew exactly which ones to go to and not once did we get lectured as though we were too poor to know what we were doing…. Couldn’t imagine ever going to this place again

Best smoke shop in Pueblo and I’m really not just saying that. They are the largest location and when stocked up have the best selection for any smoking accessories. I had a younger man named ty help me out and he absolutely killed it. Felt like I was talking to a smoke shop encyclopedia. Only reason I don’t have 5 stars is sometimes they run low on their products. But great staff and great store

It really depends on who's working. My first time here, the male staff were super rude and told me that I had 10 minutes to look around before they would start pushing me to ring out. I was the only customer in the store and had been there for maybe five minutes! Second trip, I was helped by a female employee who was really nice. Not a shock, but the male staff are always a lot friendlier and never rush me out the door when my boyfriend is with me. 😒
