Just moved here, looking for a new head shop with excellent customer service and good prices.
Was planning on checking this place out but after reading some of the reviews and the owners response, I don't think we'll be giving this place our business. We don't need nor want our business being put out there for the whole world to see all because the owner doesn't like your review on Google. And yes a $10 min on CC's is a little on the high side.

I had been I a few times and the last time I went in the lady how I believed is the owner she was extremely rude and no costumer service. She treated us like we where bad people and made terrible comments.

I want to Apologize to the poor girl who happen to be working Friday morning when my friends and I stumbled in and scared her for life. Very nice, Helpful young lady and better prices then Anywhere near Aurora.

1st time in the shop today. They wont just sell one can of butane if you want to use you your card. I told the woman in the front i was on a budget and she was happy to send me on my way. They must have plenty of customers. I wont be returning.
Edit: apparently the profit margin for this company is so low they can’t afford the,on average, .8%+15 cents to run a debit card. Good luck staying in business. I found another shop down the street that sell the same product for 25% less.
