First time visiting. Only a few stalls in front to park. Prior to arriving, I went online to shop around for gummies. This place had what I was looking for and prices are the same online. Spent nearly a Franklin. Joseph the attendant/cashier offered me a liquid treat in a can from the cooler. It is an acquired taste, I think. It tasted like "hospital." (Try one and see if you dont agree with me, wink wink.)
I am very satisfied with my purchase and unless I move outside of Santa Clara County, Farmacy will be my go to place for gummies or other broad spectrum treats.

They are negligent and ineffective at best and fraudulent at the worst. Check their reviews in other places, they confirm my experience.
I ordered online and paid for 2 day shipping. I call 3 days later (on Friday) to check the status of my package, the manger of the store tells me he's been very busy and will ship Monday. Understandable.
I call Wednesday requesting an update. An employee says the "owner has been getting on to the manager about shipping; I don't see your package, but I can't confirm that it was actually sent." (Spoiler: It never got sent.)
Thursday I send an email requesting an update. Never got a response.
Friday I speak to the manger again. He tells me he mailed my order and will email me my tracking number. I check my email immediately after hanging up the phone, and there is an email from CBDFarmacyca, but no tracking number. It just asks if I would please give the store a call. So, I call back. Now here's where it get's weird...
The manager accuses me of wanting CBD Farmacy Ca to refund my money and still send the product and they were unable to do that. When I asked where he got this idea from as none of my email or phone correspondence suggests that, he told me to calm down, and that he had the right to refuse service to anyone, and would be cancelling my order.
My order (of 1 item) was cancelled 11 days after purchase because I dared ask when it would be shipped after paying for 2 DAY SHIPPING!

The staff is very helpful in recommending any pain relievers and types. I've been having sciatica pains lately and I am eager to see if this new product works. The product has been recommended by several people who have lower back pain also.

I placed an order here July 8th and still have not received my order... I ordered some stuff because I have bad having bad cramping and wanted to relieve me as I heard from many resources that this helps. I usually go somewhere else but decided to order from this place and now I regret it because my husband went there to ask why we haven’t received our order and my husband said that the guy who was there was unhelpful and could tell he was high. He printed us a paper of the receipt and told us to call UPS called them and no help there either. When my husband went in he asked if he could just pick up the stuff I ordered and he said no. Needles to say we had a bad experience twice here before one with this order and I had tried them before went in one time and they said that there machine wasn’t working and I couldn’t get any stuff. I used to work and retail so to think this is how there customer service is is horrible and I can’t believe this is how I was treated I would have been let go if I ever acted this way to a customer. Please go to a bigger distributor like Caliva who actually cares about there customers takes time to explain things, takes you seriously and helps you solve problems so much better with customer service. I’ve ordered from different places with ups and haven’t had a delay at all with my other orders as well.
