I was shopping the other day and had the pleasure of being helped by Kaylyn - Delightful experience to say the least!

The Staff is friendly, Kaylyn knew exactly what I was looking for, the prices are affordable - The experience overall is more than enough to convince me to come back on the regular.

Kolas features some fine human beings giving fine service - Kaylyn was very helpful, polite and ensured all my needs were met: 10/10, would recommend.

They take Debit & Credit cards here which is one of the best Perks of this club!! They do charge a Nice little fee for using them..but it's cool for when you don't have a lot of cash, and just wanna use your credit card! The staff is Overall pretty cool, & they got a good selection!! This is my Go-To Cannabis Club. 👌💯

Hard to find & very bad lighting.

There was no inventory.
I bought a disposable for about $40 for .4 grams! And the battery didn't last long enough to finish the cart!!!!
I was disappointed in the store.
My budtender was friendly but I feel punked.

I used to go to an old Kolas location before they closed so I was worried about going to one I wasn’t familiar with. However, Kaylyn and Melinda are so sweet and easy to connect with. The wait times are so quick, they have a great variety, and the staff are just the best. I really just can’t emphasize enough how wonderful the staff is. I’ve never had a negative experience and I highly recommend!

Absolute best place, if you want to feel is how your family this is the place for all your green needs. They’re polite knowledgeable and attentive. Employees reminiscent of your neighborhood pharmacy, much like 50 years ago . Just the right amount of personal and business, with the added exceptional quality customer consideration and appreciation. You don’t see Excellence such as this in very many businesses these days. Thank you all so much for all you’ve done the last few years. Good people!

I am a huge kolas fan, love going there to get what I need usually very convenient, last night I pull up to a full parking lot towards the end of the night, get out of the car and security yells they are closed, parking lot full of cars 10 minutes before closing. Drive to the south watt location down the street, now 5 minutes before closing and they took me in no problem with the same amount of cars in the parking lot. Ever since the new “mega” store opened in Arden you can tell that the other stores have been neglected. hardly anything is ever in stock before, employees have no idea when product is coming back or proper pricing on products or looking them up. I hate to say it but I am very disappointed with how kolas has changed with the new “mega store”. Maybe if the owners or whoever is in charged talked to their customers and employees about what they think should be done. Then people would be excited about a new “mega store”

Summer was awesome. She easily took care of a minor problem with my online order with a smile on her face. Great customer service.

1st time at this location! Definitely keeping with the Kolas excellence! Great customer service and great selection! I’m just waiting for the points program to come back!

Love this place. Never have had a bad experience with any of the sales associates. Kinda small store size but doesn't limit or hinder the selection of products and delivery modes. My go to place in south Sac.
