After several other local shops not standing by the products they sell, I was under the erroneous impression that this shop would.
My my mistake, they don't stand by the products they sell . Just know that if you buy defective products, that's on you, not them. Because it could hurt their bottom dollar. Strange how they still don't understand how treating a customer right maybe lose them a few bucks in the interim, but over the long run they will more than make up for $ lost by having a loyal customer and a customer that recommends them to everybody they know.
Too bad— so sad.

Staff in there were incredibly rude, I walked in there with my mom, So she could get Kratom. One of the staff members was sitting there watching me, I got uncomfortable, so I tried to make conversation by asking a question, and pointed to a item in the glass display case. Immediately, "you can't touch that" because my finger grazed the glass.
I think it's because I wasn't 21, still staff shouldn't treat customers like that unwarranted. Screw this place.
