I have been in there twice and talked to two associates and both were very knowledgeable and friendly! Just based on the two people I talked to, the employee Vibe seems very chill, which is great! I hope it is as it seems. I'd rather support businesses doing right by their employees and everybody's doing their best to get along. One of the few places that has disposable rechargeable CBD Vapes and I'm thankful for it! All of the items on the floor are very neat and orderly, and the place is very clean!

Excellent facility, well stocked, very clean, the help was awesome and I didn't feel like the prices were out of sight although I've never bought anything from the smoke shop before. Great parking, high visibility it looks like they had a little bit of everything for the smokers inside at all price ranges.

Beware of this place-they will lie about the quality of their merchandise and overprice similar products sold locally under the quality premise. They would not even discuss a refund or that everything they said about the quality of materiel to sell the product not being true-basically you buy Chinese junk for USA hand crafted prices!

Review Update: My bad! turns out I had no business writing a review on Yuma Smoke Shop & CBD since I have yet to be a patron. I got it confused with the vape lounge that shares the building. I pretty much thought they were the same business with separated the inventory Same owner?

First time I've ever been disappointed in a smoke shop. Had a problem with Pen. One employee said i could bring back my receipt if it didnt work. Another said all sales are final couple days later. Bald guy with tattoos cashier told me that if a 100 was too much I should worry about making more money? You never say that to anyone. I could of spent so much money here? Rude staff. Y'all need to hire people that can take a disappointed customer and turn it around.

Affordable and helpful. I was passing through and needed nicotine salt juice and a couple places were too expensive, then I found this place...and I'm so glad I did. I told them what I needed and they immediately helped me.
