Just a few guys that were too busy to help me. No customer service at all. A little on the expensive side as well.

The gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful in finding the perfect vape for me. He was knowledgeable and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing things myself. He even did a how to demo to help me figure out the mechanics. Overall amazing customer service, and walked out with exactly what I didn't even know i needed!

I came here because of their 4.8 rating and I'm glad I did! Tucker was not only really friendly but also extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the nuisances of buying products like vapes and liquids. Tucker has earned my business from this point forward.

Came in yesterday and was greeted by Jayden. He was new but surprisingly very knowledgeable about vaping and e-liquids. Was able to help me find everything I was looking for. Will definitely be coming back to this shop from now on!

I walked in and noticed the wheel of deals and was greeted by a young man. I asked him about his favorite flavor of Reds and decided to purchase it for $22. I remembered I wanted to get some juices for my boyfriend as well. He told me I wasn't allowed to get anything else besides the Red juice. I still wanted more juices for myself but was hesitant, as the young man told me I wasn't allowed anymore. I bought the one juice and walked out super bummed. I looked online for the flavor and saw it was $9.99. I also didn't get to spin the wheel of deals. I was hoping for more hospitality.

We apologize for the way you are feeling about your experience in our store. Our manager followed all the company rules though. We don’t allow our customers to buy for anyone who isn’t present in the store to make sure we are checking everyone’s ID and verifying that they are of age because this is a law required by the FDA. We allow our customers to spin the wheel once they spend $100. If you and your boyfriend are willing to come back in we will make sure you have a better experience

Thank you for taking the time to respond. Though, your apology is insincere, as you apologized for my own feelings, and not for the lack of professionalism in your store. I understand it is required by the FDA to ID your customers. It is your own company policy to not allow gifting. Thus, I will stick to buying online, as they also follow the laws of the FDA and allow myself to gift my boyfriend e-products. Furthermore, I wasn't introduced to the wheel, even after mentioning and pointing it out to your employee. As an effort to raise your sales, he could have told me more information about the wheel. To ensure the e-juices were for myself, continuing to follow your company rules, he could have convinced me to buy more Reds flavors. He followed your rules, but he did not provide me with excellent customer service. More could have been done. The review remains the same. I was hoping for more hospitality.

We travel around the USA in a rv and stop at many shops and restaurants but as far as vape stores, about once a month for supplies. Many of the vape stores we stop in are empty because of the supply shortages. This store was full of many of the best popular brands, plus their house juices. The best part of our experience was the customer service. Even in a very busy tourist town, they were the friendliest bunch of young adults I have met in a long time. The young lady that help us the most out of all of them was very knowledgeable about the brands and tastes of the inventory. My mother went in today,she’s older so not very tech savvy, but she insisted I leave a review. She was helped by an employee named jaden. She said he was very sweet and was able to recommend her a twist e-liquid in place of one she got at a different shop.
