Faded Slackers
Bought weed at a red run location covered in hair (including a pubic hair)...... when I complained they banned me from the store. Absolutely disgusting...... I have medical issues and I use cannabis as medicine. When I made a complaint to the Alchohol and Marijuana board .......... they did nothing. Don't trust that the cannabis you buy in red runs stores has been tested (the whole point of it being legal I thought)

Excellent customer service!
I had made a previous purchase and felt like the product might’ve been defective. The young lady Caty went above and beyond to fix the situation. I felt so well taken care of I ended up spending an extra $30 on other “in house” products. I will be recommending RedRun to all friends and family. Based on my experience!

waited outside for 15 minutes, said they were open and open sign was on but door locked and no one answering the phone. i figured they were in restroom so i waited a while then called. i understand bathroom breaks, but most businesses leave a note on the door for when its gonna be more than a couple minutes. just an idea so ppl dont have to wait for 15 min. drive home thinking youre closed but left all the lights on, to call back and ur open again.

The staff at this store is absolute trash, could not have been any more rude to a customer, I bought a battery from them that broke after a couple days of use, it fell apart, and the employee refused to do any sort of replacement, you could clearly see it was a manufacturing defect, the employee said it was not her problem, things break, get over it. Please go to any other dispensary in town

After making a few stops I've concluded this is the best store in the area. They stock quality flower at excellent prices, they offer daily deals as well. Staff members have always been knowledgeable, welcoming and, deliver excellent customer service.

Received a automated text message of an advertisement for their new THC crystals.........looks like crystal meth. Called to notify the company that they were distributing pictures that look like meth, and that they should use better discretion. Lady answered the phone was very rude and short with me. Told me that if I didn't like what they were sending that I could reply "stop" to the messages and I would be taken off their message list. Did just that because of the lack of customer service, rudeness of their employee and poor judgment.
